To be honest: The thought ‘how to buy a house in the US’ worried us a little bit. The distance of 4000 miles, and nothing but water in between, made us think how this adventure would end (, we are Dutch and live in The Netherlands). The first realtors we spoke we’re doing average to O.K., but then there was Michelle Stanifer.
From the very start we felt understood, and even more important, taken seriously. Please remember: 99% of the communication was done by E-mail.
